They process an average of more than 800 tons of stainless steel plate every month. Our "10.1-inch touch screen" supports graphical programming, so even novice operators can get started in 30 minutes.

It comes with a preset database of 15 commonly used materials (like 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminum alloy), and it automatically matches the best shear parameters for you.It even has a fault self-diagnosis system that recognizes 90% of common problems, like cutting tilt and hydraulic abnormality. If it finds a problem, it'll give you animated instructions for how to fix it.

3.Safety and maintenance upgrade

We've also made some upgrades to boost safety and maintenance.

- We've added a dual laser safety grating system with an emergency stop and rebound mechanism, which responds in less than half a second.

- Our new modularized blade design now lets you replace blades in just 12 minutes, down from 45 minutes.

At the same time, our Hoston team is always thinking about how to adapt to local needs. For example, they've upgraded the rust-resistant coatings and electrical components for the humid environment of Southeast Asia.
